I first saw this quite a while ago, but I gotta tell you that until I saw this video, I hadn't cried since my kitty died, which was quite a while back. I WAS DOING SO WELL AND YOU RUINED IT.
No, kidding, it actually made me realize I care as much about the ugly fangy fatty that lives with me now as I did about my first cat. Which was good. We can't all be beautiful like her, but I can still love the funny-looking ones.

Great site!! Yay for 1.5 millions followers. And Penny, what a brave kitty!
Both of my cats were strays. One abandoned in the condo complex I lived in(Logan) and the other a wee baby running in the street(Hector). Eleven years later I still have them. The " baby" was diagnosed with a liver shunt at 10 years old, cost me an arm and a leg to diagnose and treat him( I would pay it again and again). He is doing great now. And Logan, my big cat, all 22 pounds is awesome, a very handsome fellow. The vet is sure he is a Maine Coon. I just know he is mine!
Take in those strays or adopt from the shelter. You will never be sorry!!

I am typing this in the room my sister graciously has given me for the length of my visit. Next to me is my very own bundle of fur, Dingy. I named him that because his white fur looked dingy from sleeping outside before I adopted him. He came into my life after some heartless male teenagers decided to go out of their way to run him over and leave him for dead. After some vet visits, surgery, and meds he survived, but lost one eye and his remaining eye is almost completely blind. I love my baby! We have been best buddies now for 5 years. We have left our home in Northern California to visit his grandma, aunts, and uncle (my mother and siblings) in beautiful Miami, Florida. Please, please--open your heart to an animal in need. You won't regret it.

Lots of love to our fellow Socks Army buddies,
